About the Founder
Kelli Warren, RD/LD graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1986 and completed the post-baccalaureate internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
After working for several years as a clinical dietitian and then Food Service Director for Marriott Corp. Health Care Services Division, Kelli pursued her passion for consulting in long-term care facilities and rural hospitals. With a successful history in corporate food service management, the opportunity for branching into management contracts and operational cost evaluation was quickly presented.
